These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Crownpupil (the "Game"), available at https://crownpupil.site, operated by Crownpupil LTD, registration no. 2222222GB, 13 road street ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Game.

1. Your account

  1. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
  2. You must give a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  3. One person may hold one account per game world unless we allow otherwise. Accounts may not be sold, traded or shared.
  4. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@crownpupil.site.

2. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • use bots, scripts, macros, automated clients or any software that plays for you, other than the automation features built into the Game;
  • exploit bugs or errors; please report them to support@crownpupil.site instead;
  • interfere with the servers or other players' access, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post illegal, hateful, sexual or otherwise offensive content in chat, mail, names or descriptions;
  • use multiple accounts to gain an advantage ("multi-accounting"), or transfer resources between your own accounts.

We may warn, mute, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

3. Computer-controlled players

The Game contains computer-controlled players ("bots") that build, trade and fight like other players. They are part of the game world and are not real people.

4. Virtual currency and items

  1. The Game has an in-game virtual currency that you can earn in play or buy for real money in the in-game Store, and virtual items you can obtain with it.
  2. Virtual currency and items have no monetary value outside the Game. They are a limited licence to use a feature of the Game; you do not own them. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other players, or redeemed outside the Game.
  3. Prices are shown in the Store before you buy, including VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
  4. Purchased currency is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. An invoice is issued for each purchase.
  5. Right of withdrawal. Purchased currency is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By ticking the box at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not delivered.
  6. If a payment is reversed, charged back or refunded, we may remove the corresponding currency from your account. If it has already been spent, the balance may become negative or the account may be suspended until resolved.
  7. Game worlds end. When a world ends or is reset, virtual currency and items in that world may expire. We will announce world ends in advance in the Game.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, balance, add or remove game features at any time. We may change these Terms; we will notify you in the Game or by email at least 14 days before important changes take effect. If you continue playing after that, the new Terms apply.

6. Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of in-game progress or virtual items caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Complaints and law

Send complaints to support@crownpupil.site; we aim to reply within 14 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
